Fish Friend Emmanuel

This is Fish Friend Emmanuel. He comes to us from the Eastern Mediterranean Sea off the coast of the holly land of the middle east. Though this sea covers less than 1% of the ocean surface, it holds 1 in 10 known marine species of which 28% are found nowhere else on Earth. There are whales, dolphins, porpoises, loggerhead and green turtles, monk seals, more than 80 species of sharks and rays and much more including many different fish friends. Emmanuel's family and friends are a close knit community amongst this amazing array of sea life.

The thing about Emmanuel which his friends admire is his SPIRITUAL FAITH. Emmanuel is a steadfast believer in a higher power which created the universe and all things. As a matter of fact, Emmanuel is of Hebrew origin meaning "God is with us." His name symbolizes divine presence and comfort. Emmanuel has been a great friend to those in his circle who are unsure if a higher power even exists. He has imparted to them his knowledge of the divine and his friends have taken great comfort in the fact that indeed there is a God of some sort.
